Save the date! (and clean your closets!)
On May 9, 2026, Rockin’ Kidz Academy will be hosting a fundraising event from 10am-2pm. We will have music, food, and games available, and we will also be accepting donations for our FUNDrive*.
*A FUNDrive is a fundraising effort made possible for non-profit organizations through Savers. How it works is we collect gently used household items, and Savers will pay us per pound for anything that falls into the appropriate categories. We are collecting:
Clothes: e.g. men’s, women’s, & children’s coats, shoes, scarves, handbags, wallets, fashion accessories, belts, backpacks, etc.
Household Textiles: e.g. bedding, comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, linen tablecloths, curtains, pillows, etc.
Small Household Goods: e.g. kitchen items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, serving pieces, handheld appliances), home decor items, knick-knacks, toys*, games, small electronics, etc.
Books & Media: e.g. paperback, hardcover, all genres**
*Please note that stuffed animals are NOT accepted at this time
**No encyclopedias or textbooks please!! ALL books and media must be boxed separately, no bags. Thank you!
